About Sebastian

JIA by Jiayi is built around one simple idea: 家 — home.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent around eight years in corporate real estate, including institutional work, where I learnt how property decisions are made when the numbers really matter. I now bring that same discipline to helping individuals and families — because your home deserves the same rigour as any institutional deal, with a lot more heart.

My approach is simple. I take the time to understand your situation — your budget, timeline, CPF, family plans, and what you actually need at this stage of life. Then I lay out your options clearly, including the trade-offs, so you can make a decision you'll still be happy with years down the road.
